How do I receive my files?
Right after payment, download links are sent to your email and shown on the order status page. Nothing is shipped.
What if my download link does not work?
Email support@snippetcrate.com with your order number and we will send a new link.
Files
What is inside the download?
One .zip file with the source code of the product. The product page lists what the code includes, the stack and exact versions, the file size and the system requirements.
What do I need to use the files?
Requirements differ by product. Check the compatibility list on the product page before you buy.
Updates
Do I get updates?
Any updates offered for a product are described on that product's page, together with its current version number and last updated date.
License
Which license do I need?
Choose Personal for your own projects, learning and portfolio work. Choose Commercial if you will use the code in client work or in a product that earns revenue. Details are on the License page.
Can I resell or share the code?
No. You may modify the code and use it in your own projects, but you may not resell, share or redistribute it.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
If you have not downloaded any file from your order, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a file has been downloaded the purchase is final, except for a corrupt or materially misdescribed file that we cannot fix, or a duplicate purchase. Read the full Refund policy.

Payment and tax
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply.
Can I get a receipt?
Your order confirmation email lists your purchase and the license tier you bought. If you need anything else, email us with your order number.
